With a dynamic and diverse background in software engineering and leadership, Jason stands out as a seasoned professional in the tech industry. He collaborates closely with client leadership teams, contributing to product improvements and feature development, while also leading development teams focused on improving their delivery and craft.

Before joining Elev8ed, Jason made significant contributions as a Principal Software Engineer at Accenture. Here, he oversaw the design and architecture for a team of 30 engineers, focusing on an industry-leading agricultural IoT platform, electrified vehicles, industry-leading recreational vehicles and more. His journey at Accenture also included a role as Senior Software Engineer, where he led a team of 25 in developing enterprise-level applications for Fortune 150 corporations.

Jason's career also includes stops at aboutGOLF, Cengage Group, the University of Wisconsin-Madison and The Onion.

Jason also serves as President of Agile Events, a non-profit which hosts the annual Agile & Beyond conference in Detroit.  This event, now in its 14th year, hosts over 1,000 attendees each year, and helps support the software development community in southeast Michigan.

Jason's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University, where he focused on Communications, Advertising and Business. His skillset is extensive, spanning across C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, Node.js, and Python, complemented by his strengths in leadership and agile methodologies.
